Returns and Refunds

I hope you will love your artwork. If, however you are not completely satisfied, I am happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Once the item has been safely returned, Hierophany will issue a refund for the full purchase price, less the original shipping cost (calculated according to the size of the work).

Please contact us directly here to request a return.  Returns will need to be sent back at your own cost, and carefully packaged to ensure the artwork arrives safely.

I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as responsibility for the artwork remains with you until it has been safely received.

Once the artwork has arrived back and has been checked, your refund will be processed promptly.
