2. Products
All products are subject to availability.
I take care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
Many items are antique or vintage and may show signs of age and wear consistent with their history. This is not considered a fault. Detailed descriptions and images are provided to reflect condition.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
I reserve the right to amend or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at checkout via Shopify’s secure payment system. I do not store full card details.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
I ship within the UK and internationally.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond my control.
For international orders:
-
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees.
-
Delays due to customs clearance are outside my control.
Under UK consumer law, goods remain my responsibility until they are delivered to you.
6. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
To exercise this right, you must notify me in writing by email.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are your responsibility.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs where possible.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
