A striking original vintage French abstract figurative painting, apparently dating to 1958. Stylised figures emerge from an angular composition of deep blue, teal and burgundy, contrasted with coral and pink, giving the work a distinctly mid-century modernist feel.
Initialled MG and apparently dated ’58 to the lower right. The artist is unidentified. Hand-sourced in France and presented in a custom-made dark wood float frame.
